Sponsorship of CMCP’s Annual Business Development Conference is the most visible and cost-effective means at your disposal to promote diversity in the California legal community. Corporations with a major California presence participate in the conference to connect with outstanding attorneys of color, whether in the major law firms or at minority-owned firms. Your sponsorship dollars permit CMCP to offer the many benefits of the conference to its members at an affordable price, and help fund CMCP’s year-round activities in support of diversity in the profession. CMCP depends entirely on conference revenues, dues, and the generous support of its members. No event in California brings together more diverse attorneys in one place at one time than the CMCP Annual Business DevelopmentConference.

We expect over 400 attorneys representing numerous law firms, corporations, and public agencies to attend the 2005 conference. Are any exclusive host sponsorship opportunities available?

Exclusive Host sponsorships are available for each of the three special events at the conference, and include welcoming remarks and other special benefits. Exclusive sponsorships are sold on a first come basis. Prestigious special event sponsorships are also available. The first day of the conference will conclude with a special Judges' Reception in the exclusive Foundation Room private club of the legendary House of Blues in West Hollywood, featuring diverse trial and appellate jurists from the state and federal bench. Day two will include the CMCP Awards Luncheon, and will conclude with the ever-popular General Counsel Reception at the conference hotel, featuring dozens of senior in-house counsel and GCs.
