Horizon Line by Peter Howard - A Compassion Plays Production
Kevin Blake, Actor

What are the seeds of prejudice? Horizon Line explores bias-motivated behavior through the eyes of Danny Curtis – a young white man on a path of escalating destruction – and the people in his life who influence his choices, for better and for worse.

Horizon Line tells a story of conflicting impulses and loyalties in the life of an impressionable young man. Danny loves art and yearns to create a happy picture of himself and his world. But his desires to fit in – to be seen, to be heard – lead him toward acts that destroy property, frighten people and place his own future in jeopardy.

Watch the play, then join the discussion that follows.

·an attorney who represents a corporation in litigation may also represent a non-party witness for such things as deposition or other proceedings in the case; and
·an attorney, either in-house or outside counsel, is asked or directed by an executive or other business leader to take actions or positions that may be adverse to the corporation.

This discussion will cover the relevant California Rules of Professional Conduct applicable to lawyers practicing in California, relating to joint representation and representation of corporate entities that are impacted under these scenarios.
