Supriya Kakkar is a partner with Sanchez & Amador, LLP. She handles a wide variety of commercial transactions, including real estate finance, auto-dealer financing, asset-based loans and formula lines of credit, and she has extensive experience in secured transactions pertaining to interests in hedge funds, REITS, and entity ownership interests.
Before joining the firm, Supriya was Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo Bank in the Global Commercial and Insurance Group where she advised bankers in commercial and wealth management offices. Prior to her position at Wells Fargo Bank, Supriya was in private practice providing corporate and securities counsel. Supriya began her legal career as an attorney at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell International Inc.), where she negotiated supplier contracts with domestic and international military aerospace companies.
Supriya is a 1994 graduate of University of California, Irvine and a 1997 graduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
