Miriam Kim is a litigation partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation, intellectual property matters, and internal investigations for high technology companies. She has substantial experience in trade secret, copyright, and other IP disputes in the software and semiconductor industries. Miriam’s pro bono practice is focused on the needs of victims of sexual abuse. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Levin H. Campbell, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Miriam is dedicated to increasing the diversity of the legal profession. She is on the Board of the Asian American Bar Association (AABA) and the AABA Law Foundation. She has served on her firm's Diversity and Recruiting Committees and as chair of the San Francisco office’s 1L Diversity Summer Program.
