Charlie Chou’s practice areas include commercial, intellectual property, and employment litigation. Mr. Chou has a comprehensive background in all aspects of the civil litigation process including class actions, arbitration, and mediation. Mr. Chou’s experience encompasses disputes in a variety of industries including, software and hardware technologies, manufacturing, construction, and real estate, among others.
Mr. Chou received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated with honors and in the top ten percent of his class. Mr. Chou is admitted to practice in the State of California, before the United States District Court for all of the Districts of California, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
