Claudia was born in El Salvador and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Literature from UC Berkeley. In her advice and counsel practice, Claudia conducts workplace investigations and provides management and employee trainings in both English and Spanish. She also prepares responses on behalf of employers with regards to charges/complaints filed by employees with government agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement.
