Marcelo Lee is a civil litigation associate focused on product liability and automobile warranty defense in both state and federal court.
Marcelo has defended product liability actions involving automobiles, chainsaws, handicap-accessible ramps and lifts, commercial trucks, industrial baling machines and pharmaceuticals. Marcelo also focuses on appellate matters, with experience in both the California Court of Appeals and the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his practice, he has responded to discovery relating to corporate financial documents and prepared pleadings and dispositive motions pertaining to the application of the Internal Revenue Code.
Among his many skills, Marcelo brings a dedicated work ethic to his practice which earned him high honors from Loyola Law School where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He is also fluent in Korean and has a background in political science.
