Jason Murai is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate practice groups. Having experience as in-house cousel as Deputy General Counsel to Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., Jason combines his knowledge of the real estate industry and legal experience to resolve client disputes and matters. Jason is adept in litigating real estate matters such as nondisclosure, misrepresentation, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and lease disputes. He also has experience handling business torts and corporate litigation.
Jason received his B.S. and M.S. in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to law school, he was a licensed real estate agent for four years. He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where he served as Comments Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review.
