Employment - Counseling/Investigations, Employment Litigation - General, Employment - Wage & Hour, Labor Law - General
Josue focuses his practice on labor and employment law. As a summer associate he gained experience with worker misclassification issues, disability discrimination, contract negotiations, and general civil litigation matters.

Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Josue held management-level positions in leading telecommunications and consumer electronics corporations. These experiences puts him in a position to understand the many challenges that employers face during the employment relationship, including hiring practices, employment policies, leaves of absence, and terminations.

While in law school, Josue worked in the Women's Employment Rights Clinic where he represented, counseled, and advised low-income clients on a variety of employment matters, such as wage and hour disputes, workplace harassment, and issues related to pregnancy discrimination and reasonable accommodation. This experience gives Josue a unique advantage because he understands both sides of employment litigation. Josue also has experience in administrative hearing advocacy in front of the California Labor Commissioner's office.
