Our membership consists of corporations, bar associations, public agencies, and law firms who have offices in California. Our members believe that diversity makes good business sense. Corporations who want access to diverse outside counsel become members of CMCP. In-house counsel also join to meet and network with their peers at many of the events that CMCP hosts throughout the year including our Minority Corporate Counsel Conference. Outside counsel who join CMCP want access to in-house counsel that they may not have had the opportunity to meet with. Outside counsel and in-house counsel have the chance to network with one another at various social and business development events CMCP hosts and sponsors

CMCP works with the State Bar of California, the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel - America as well as many local bar associations and professional associations to bring greater access and opportunities.
