Carlos A. Singer Has Been Elevated to Partner

Mr. Singer joined the Willenken Firm in 2008. He will continue to practice in the areas of complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and appellate law. He has represented clients from a wide variety of industries, including energy and utility companies, public educational agencies, media and technology companies, and television and movie studios.

Previously, Mr. Singer served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and was an associate at the international law firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. He received his B.A. from Columbia University and his J.D. from Yale Law School. He is an Associate Member of the Los Angeles Copyright Society, and he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Mexican-American Bar Foundation, a nonprofit group devoted to providing Latino law students with merit- and need-based scholarships.
