Enhanced enforcement efforts and aggressive investigations by the DOL, DOJ, NLRB and state agencies are leading to the rapid expansion of the Wage & Hour landscape. As a result, this conference is trending to be the largest of all the previous installments!

The is the only event that goes the extra mile and brings you an extensive in-house counsel client presence for maximum networking and business development, and federal and state judicial insights

Here's a sneak peek at just some of insights that the federal and state judges will be providing in the two judicial panels:

Why the employers in wage cases before them and before juries succeeded, and why they did not
Specific examples in the wage context of: 1) poor witness selection; 2) inability to connect with the jury; 3) bad lawyering
For wage cases, what works best in: 1) jury instructions; 2) voir dire; and 3) opening and closing statements
