Wong Fleming becomes a National Corporate Plus Member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council
The National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) has added Wong Fleming to its list of Corporate Plus® Members this month. Corporate Plus®is an elite membership program for NMSDC-certified minority businesses of the highest caliber who have demonstrated the capacity to fulfill national contracts. Wong Fleming was founded in 1994 by Linda Wong and Dan Fleming. Sixteen of the firm’s 18 partners are rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and the MCCA awarded the firm the Thomas L. Sager Diversity Award in 2014 for the Northeast Region. The firm concentrates its practice in litigation, with a special emphasis on commercial, creditors’ rights, employment litigation and insurance coverage and defense.

On March 12, 2014, Wong Fleming received the Thomas L. Sager Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association for the Northeast Region. The award recognizes law firms that have demonstrated a sustained commitment to advance the hiring, retention and promotion of diverse attorneys. The Thomas L. Sager Award is named in honor of Thomas L. Sager, Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the DuPont Company.
