Tambry Lynette Bradford is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Health Care Services Practice Groups of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Los Angeles and Orange County Offices. Tambry’s practice encompasses a wide range of complex litigation matters involving contract disputes and business torts, including claims of fraud, unfair competition, due process violations, and products liability. As a trial attorney, she has represented public and private companies as well as individuals in state and federal courts throughout California and other states, including Nevada and Texas. Tambry has also handled appeals in California state appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit. Tambry has been annually recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star from 2012 through 2016, was chosen for membership into the National Black Lawyers – Top 100 organization, and was profiled in the Los Angeles Business Journal 2016 Most Influential Minority Lawyers Supplement.
As an African-American female attorney who has seen, faced and overcome the challenges of achieving elevation to the partnership of a national law firm, Tambry is keenly aware of the importance of diversity and inclusion, and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. As part of that commitment, Tambry has been an active member of the California Minority Counsel Program, for which she currently serves as a member of the Ambassadors Council, formerly served as co-chair of the Newsletter Committee, and was a member of the 2012 Annual Conference Committee. Tambry is a 2016 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, and also serves as a member of her firm’s Hiring Committee in order to ensure that diverse voices are represented when the firm brings on new attorneys.
